中国东北与俄远东地区贸易非对称依赖分析

Analysis on asymmetric dependence of trade between northeast China and far-east area of Russia

在中俄贸易中,中国东北地区与俄罗斯远东地区扮演着重要的角色。二者都将对方视为重要的贸易合作伙伴,贸易规模呈现出不断扩大的趋势。然而,对于贸易关系而言,更重要的是考量双方贸易的相互依赖程度及其对称性质。运用贸易结合度指数对我国东北地区与俄远东地区的贸易进行考量,发现其相互依赖程度很高,但却是非对称的,中国东北地区具有更大的脆弱性依赖。为此,建议中国东北地区加快调整贸易结构,转变贸易方式,建设对俄贸易支持保障体系,推动与俄远东地区贸易关系的深化发展。

In Sino-Russian trade, the northeast area of China and far-east area of Russia play important roles. They regard each other as important partners of trade cooperation, and the trade scale tends to expand constantly. However, for trade relationship, the more important thing for both parties is to evaluate the degree of interdependence and its symmetric character. The trade between the northeast area of China and far-east area of Russia is evaluated by applying trade integration index, which found that the degree of interdependence is very high, but the relation is asymmetric. The northeast area of China has more fragile dependence. Hence, it is suggested that the northeast area of China should accelerate the adjustment of trade structure, transform the trade pattern, and construct support and gurantee system of Sino-Russia trade, so as to promote the further development of trade relationship with far-east area of Russia.
