企业跨区域合作视角下政府职能与技术创新机制研究——基于辽宁省某贸易公司并购案例

Research on government function and technological innovation mechanism from perspective of enterprise inter-regional cooperation: based on a merge case of certain trading company in Liaoning Province

企业跨区域合作是企业快速发展和开展技术创新的重要手段,而政府在其中扮演着中间人的角色。对企业跨区域合作过程中的政府职能与技术创新机制进行探索分析,并结合辽宁省某贸易公司并购案例对相关理论进行阐述。研究表明,政府适当的参与能够为企业跨区域合作提供良好的政策和市场环境,促进企业跨区域合作的成功,也会为技术创新机制的形成奠定基础。

Enterprise inter-regional cooperation is an important means to achieve rapid development and carry through technological innovation of enterprise, in which the government plays a middleman role. The government function and technological innovation mechanism during enterprise inter-regional cooperation are explored and analyzed, and related theories are expatiated according to a merge case of certain trading company in Liaoning Province. The result shows that proper participation of government can provide better policy and market environments for enterprise inter-regional cooperation, promote the success of enterprise inter-regional cooperation, and lay foundation for the formation of technological innovation mechanism.
