民间融资既具有补充正规金融体系服务能力不足的积极意义,客观上也潜在着较大的风险隐患。只有通过健全相关法律法规体系、完善登记服务平台、拓展民间资本投资渠道、规范民间融资行为、优化民间融资的条件与环境等一系列相互匹配的措施,多管齐下,疏堵并举,才能促进民间融资的阳光化与规范化,以更好地趋利避害,实现全社会金融资源的优化配置。

The private financing is of positive significance in supplementing the financial service which is not sufficiently provid- ed by the formal financial system, and objectively has greater potential risks. It is only by taking a series of mutual matching measures such as improving the relevant laws and regulations system, improving the registration service platform, expanding the private capital investment channels, standardizing the private financing behaviors, optimizing the private financing conditions and environments that the private financing could be legalized and standardized so as to better avoid disadvantages and achieve the optimal allocation of fi- nancial resources of the whole society.
