摘要
城镇化的加速发展,为城镇提供了良好的经济社会条件,也带动了房地产住房需求的增长,这是房价上升重要的客观因素。我们面临既要加快城镇化建设,又要努力调控好房价的重要任务。本文按照新型城镇化目标,确定城镇化建设中房地产定位,揭示城镇化建设与房地产发展辩证关系,进而提出金融调控的政策取向。
The accelerating development of the urbanization leads to the growth of urban housing demand, providing good urban economic and social conditions. Huge consumption demand objectively promotes housing prices rising with speculative housing de- mand. We are facing the important task to both speed up the urbanization construction and control the prices of real estate. The paper determines real estate accurate positions in the urbanization construction, reveals the dialectical relationship between the urbanization construction and real estate development, and puts forward suggestions of financial regulation.
