摘要
介绍了2013年全国电子设计大赛(直流稳压电源及漏电保护装置)的设计开发过程,本设计由单片机控制电路、升压电路、电压调整电路、漏电保护电路和功率显示电路组成,设计中采用ATmega16单片机为核心实现电源电压的稳定、电压、功率的测量与显示、漏电保护等功能;在软件设计中使用了数字PI算法,提高控制精度,数据采集过程中使用了八阶平均值滤波和一阶滞后滤波,有效地滤除了采样数据的脉冲干扰;整个稳压电源输出稳定,调试方便。测试结果表明:电压调整率为0.2%,负载调整率为0.4%,能实现漏电保护,精度超过设计要求。
This paper introduces the 2013 National Electronic Design Contest (DC regulated power supply and leakage protection device) design and development process. The design consists of single-chip micro- computer control circuit, a boost circuit, voltage regulation circuit, leakage protection circuit and display circuit. The design uses the ATmegal6 microcontroller as the core to realize the stability of supply voltage, voltage, power measurement and display, leakage protection function. In the software design using the dig- ital PI algorithm, and improves the control precision, the data acquisition process using the eight order moving average filter and a first-order lag filtering, efficient filter to the sampling pulse interference data. The power supply has output stability and convenient debugging. The test results show that, the voltage regulation rate of 0.2% , load adjustment rate is of 0.4% , can realize the leakage protection, precision exceed the design requirements.
