摘要
通过对TRT准三维设计结果进行计算和分析,掌握所设计的TRT涡轮的整体性能和流场细节,为改型设计提供理论依据。研究了采用正弯、反弯两种改型设计方法对叶栅性能的影响。结果表明,采用弯叶片设计会一定程度改善TRT的流动性能,但改善作用并不明显。通过改善级焓降分配、降低冲角、优化叶型载荷分布等技术手段提高了涡轮整体效率。改型后涡轮总效率由原型的90.4%提高到改型后的92.3%。
To grasp the overall performance and the details of the flow field of the TRT turbine design, calculation and analysis are applied to the design of TRT' quasi-three-dimensional design results, providing a theoretical basis for the modified design. The research results show that the design of curved blade could improve the flow properties of the TRT to a certain extent, but the effect is not obvious. The turbine overall efficiency is enhanced by allocating enthalpy drop legitimately, lowering angle and optimizing the leaf type load distribution. After remodeling, turbine efficiency improves from the prototype 90.4% to 92.3%.
