摘要
美国是世界上非营利事业最发达的国家,这在很大程度上得益于其强有力的非营利支持组织。美国非营利支持组织数量众多,类型多样,功能完善,为整个非营利部门提供着政策、技术、人员、资金等多方面的支持。并在发展过程中,积极采取措施应对各种质疑和挑战,以保证持续不断地为非营利部门提供优质高效的支持。目前中国非营利支持组织还处在初步成长期,存在很多不足,需借鉴美国先进经验,完善组织类型,增强服务能力,为部门发展提供全面支持。
The America has the most developed nonprofit industry in the world, which benefits from the powerful nonprofits support organizations to a large extent. In the America, there are many different kinds of nonprofits support organizations with diverse functions. Besides, in the process of development, the America＇s nonprofits support organizations actively take measures to deal with all kinds of doubts and challenges, to guarantee to provide high quality and efficient continuous support. Currently, China＇s nonprofits support organizations are at the preliminary stage and still have many deficiencies. Thus, we need to learn from American experience, complete the type, and strengthen the service capability, to provide comprehensive support for the nonprofit sector.
