摘要
积极发展混合所有制经济,是不断壮大我国社会主义市场经济体制根基的重要任务,有助于进一步增强国有经济活力、控制力和影响力,实现公有制经济和非公有制经济良性互动,提高国家竞争力。本文在分析当前国有企业存在问题的基础上,阐释了在新一轮国企改革中发展混合所有制的重要意义,并就如何发展混合所有制经济提出对策建议。
To actively develop mixed ownership economy, as the major task of unceasingly strengthening China＇s socialist market economic system foundation, contributes to further strengthen the state-owned economic vitality, control and influence, to achieve good interaction between public economy and non- public economy, and to enhance national competitiveness. Based on the analysis of the problems existing in current state-owned enterprises, this essay explained the significance of developing mixed ownership in the new round of state-owned enterprise reform, and made suggestions on how to develop mixed ownership economy.
