摘要
主要介绍了我国工业硅炉的结构特点,引进了一种半封闭式旋转炉体。该炉体以一定速度旋转,有助于炉膛原料松动、扩大坩埚区,为保障生产的顺利进行提供了有利条件。本研究阐述了它的结构特点和工作原理,通过对25.5 MVA工业硅炉进行生产试验及影响产量效果的主要因素进行分析表明:炉体转速144 h/r,电极电流75 kA,有功功率23 500 kW时,工业硅炉产量较。
The structural features of domestic industrial silicon furnace are presented, and a kind of semi - closed rotary furnace is imported. This furnace rotate by a certain speed which contribute to raw material loose in hearth, enlarge the crucible zone and provide the favorable conditions to smooth production. Its structural features and working principle is presented; the analysis on production test of 25.5MVA industrial silicon furnace and the main factors of yield effects shows that the output of industrial silicon furnace is rclatively high when the rotating speed of furnace body is 144h/turn, electrode current is 75 kA and the active power is 23 500 kW.
