摘要
随着干细胞和人类遗传学研究的发展,患者特异细胞和组织模型已逐步进入到应用阶段。本文概述了在心血管疾病遗传模型方面利用多能干细胞的途径,包括ES细胞系的基因修饰,特异疾病iPS细胞的生成,先祖细胞的分离扩增等。以有效的方式利用这些干细胞模型,将推动疾病机理和药物治疗研究。
Along with the remarkable advances achieved in stem cell biology and human genetics research in the past few years, the patient-speci? c cells and tissue models step into application. This paper reviews the contribution of progenitor cells to cardiogenesis and clarifies how pluripotent stem cells can be applied in the modeling of cardiovascular disease, including gene modification of ES, generation of disease- specific iPS,isolation and amplification of progenitor cells. Utilizing these stem cell models in effective ways will have profound consequences for the research of disease mechanism and drug screening.
