摘要
文章主要研究贝氏体和铬系合金铸钢轧辊材料的热疲劳抗力及其裂纹的萌生和扩展,在相同条件下,对比不同成分及热处理工艺的热疲劳性能,确立最优成分及最佳热处理工艺,从而提高轧辊的使用性能。
The alloy cast steel roll ofbainite and the chromium on thermal fatigue and crack initiation and propagation were studied. Under the same condition, thermal fatigue behavior of the different ingredient and heat treatment process were carried out to determine the best sample composition and heat treatment process while roller performance was improved at the same time.
