基于CALPUFF模型的炼油工程大气环境风险预测

摘要 采用CALPUFF模式对炼油工程在最不利气象条件下发生的最大可信事故的后果进行模拟分析,计算出事故下污染物的浓度分布,并按各污染物的半致死浓度(LC50)阈值、伤害浓度(IDLH)阈值、车间允许浓度(MAC)阈值三种界线,确定出相应的影响范围,进一步确定出该范围内的环境保护目标情况,为制定环境风险减缓措施及风险事故应急预案提供依据。 The consequences of the most credible accident on refining project under the most adverse weather conditions were simulated by CALPUFF model. The pollutant concentration distribution of the incident were calculated. According to the semi-lethal concentration of each pollutant (LC50) threshold, harm concentration (IDLH) threshold, workshop allowable concentration (MAC) threshold, determine the scope of impact, and further identify the environmental protection objectives within the framework of the situation, for the development of environmental risk mitigation measures and the provide the basis for the risk of incident response plan.
