Summery on Trial Run of 500 kt/a Novolen Polypropylene Process

在神华宁夏煤业集团煤化工公司烯烃公司50万吨/年的Novolen聚丙烯装置上,对聚丙烯装置开车过程中经历的问题和解决办法进行了总结。在装置开车过程中,聚丙烯装置经历和解决了丙烯品质差、主催化剂活性弱、反应器运行不稳定、聚合装置卸料线改造等问题。此外,对聚丙烯装置目前仍然存在的问题及今后的改造方向进行了综述,为其它装置同类问题的解决提供借鉴。

Summarizes the problems and solutions in the process of trial run of the plant for Novolen polypropylene process in Coal Chemical Company of Shenhua Ningxia Coal Industry Group Co.Ltd. During it, the polypropylene plant experience and solved the poor quality of propylene, main catalyst activity is weak, the reactor operation instability, polymerization unit discharge line reconstruction and so on. In addition ,of this polypropylene plant, there are still problems at present and the futnre reform direction were summarized, serve as a reference for the sinailar problem of other plant.
