摘要
文章针对铁钼法甲醛装置吸收塔因甲醛结晶聚合,导致塔釜堵塞、吸收塔运行状况变差、产品无法采出等现象,从甲醛工艺、设计、操作、结晶理论等多方分析产生原因,并提出优化操作、装置技改、增加电伴热数量等多途径解决措施,并明确了措施效果。
Based on the phenomena, like clogging of tower, degrading of absorber operation, product unable to be taken out and etc that results from crystallization and polymerization in the absorber of iron molybdenum formaldehyde plant, the paper analyzed in various aspects the root causes with respect to formaldehyde process, design, operation, crystallization theory, etc, and put fbrward various resolutions in terms of operation optimization, technical improvements to the plant, addition of electric tracing and etc, and also makes clear the results of these measures.
