Hydrogen Peroxide Oxidation of Congo Red Using 3D Copper(Ⅱ) Coordination Polymer as Heterogeneous Catalyst

摘要 一个三维铜配位聚合物,[Cu2(btec)(btx)1.5]n(H4btec=均苯四酸,btx=1,4-二(1,2,4-三氮唑-1-亚甲基)苯)可以作为类芬顿体系催化剂,降解偶氮染料刚果红,考察了初始pH、催化剂用量、H2O2的浓度、染料初始浓度及反应温度等因素对刚果红降解率的影响。结果表明在最佳条件下,刚果红溶液的降解效率接近100%。 [Cu2(btec)(btx)1.5]n, a 3D coordination polymer, with 1,2,4,5-benzenetetracarboxylate (btec) and 1,4-bis(1,2,4-triazol-l-ylmethyl)benzene (btx) as mixed ligands was synthesized. Degradation of congo red by hydrogen peroxide activated with the complex is discussed. The effects of reaction parameters such as initial pH, catalyst loading, hydrogen peroxide dosage, initial dye concentration and the reaction temperature were examined and the optimum operating conditions determined. Under optimal conditions, nearly 100 % degradation efficiency of dye in aqueous solution was achieved after 75 min of reaction. Moreover, results propose that the complex was high catalytic stability for the congo red degradation. The complex assisted Fenton and hydrogen peroxide oxidation may be a promising option for treating congo red azo dye.
