摘要
大采高无直接顶的厚层坚硬顶板综采工作面开采过程中常伴有显著的矿山压力显现,长时间的悬顶极易造成顶板的大面积垮落。结合游仙山煤矿首采工作面实际生产地质条件,采用工程类比法,提出"开切眼内深孔爆破拉槽弱化顶板"和"超前工作面深孔爆破预裂顶板"的技术方案,理论计算优化爆破参数,合理选择爆破材料和钻孔机具,有效地实现了大采高坚硬石灰岩顶板条件下首采工作面的安全高效生产,取得了显著的技术经济效益。
Serious underground pressure behavior often occurs during the processing of a fully mechanized work-ing face with thick coal seam,tight roof and large mining height,the longtime suspension of roof can easily lead to roof caving in large area.Combines with the practical production geological condition of Youxianshan coal mine,two kinds of technical proposals that“blasting the roof in open-off cut with deep hole”and “ahead of working face deep hole pre-splitting blasting”are put forward by using engineering analogy.The blasting parameters are optimized by theoretical calculation and the blasting materials and drilling equipments are selected reasonably.Assured the safe and effective production of the first face with hard limestone roof and large mining height,obtaines great technical and eco-nomical benefits.
