摘要
通过分析采空区自燃发火的机理与条件,针对1122(3)综放工作面架档内CO浓度超限问题,阐述了采空区温度升高出现自燃发火倾向的情况,确定运用已有的防灭火管路向采空区灌浆注氮,把工作面供风量从2 250 m3/min降到1 000 m3/min以下,减少了采空区漏风;同时采用向采空区注入液态CO2与氮气等综合防灭火措施。在综合防灭火措施实施15天,CO浓度降至10×10-6,有效控制了采空区自燃发火的发展,消除了自燃发火的隐患。
By analyzing the mechanism and conditions of goaf spontaneous combustion,aiming at the spontane-ous combustion tendency in 1 122(3)full-mechanized caving mining face that CO concentration overrun within hy-draulic support and temperature rise of goaf,decided to use the comprehensive measures for preventing and extinguis-hing the fire that is use the existing fire-fighting pipe grouting nitrogen injection to goaf,drop the air volume from 2 250 m3/min to below 1 000 m3/min in the face,inject liquid CO2 and nitrogen to goaf.After implemented the com-prehensive measures 15 days observes the effect,CO concentration fell to 10 ×10 -6 ,effectively control the develop-ment of goaf spontaneous combustion,eliminate the hidden danger of spontaneous combustion.
