人力资本与社会资本对高校行政人员职业成长的双重作用机制探究 被引量:1

摘要 高校行政人员的职业成长既是其职业能力、薪酬待遇和社会地位不断提升的过程,也是一个自我创造与价值实现的过程。从资本角度看,就是个体通过人力资本和社会资本投资获得回报和收益的过程。人力资本和社会资本在职业成长中发挥着协同与互补的作用。人力资本为职业成长提供基础性条件,社会资本通过信息和社会信任的必要支持促进职业成长,同时人力资本与社会资本的差异性对职业成长也产生了复杂影响。
