摘要
宁德核电厂CPR1000压水堆核电机组,常规岛最大的辅机设备凝汽器为模块式供货,阐述了该设备结构特点,现场安装组合方案优化、整体组合工序,以及模块组合、托运就位、注水试验等主要工序的组合安装技术,提高了施工效率和经济性,保证了模块式凝汽器的安装质量,为同类设备施工提供参考。
Condensers are the largest auxiliary equipments in CI of Ningde Nuclear Power Plant CPR1000 PWR Unit, whose supply pattern is modular. The paper analyzes condensers＇ structure features, site installation scheme optimization, integrated assembling procedure, and their main assembling installation technology, including module combination, shipping and positioning, and water injection test. By analyzing what mentioned above, construction efficiency and economic efficiency can be improved, modular condensers＇ installation quality can be assured, and meanwhile, it can offer reference for similar equipments.
