随着"三集五大"体系建设工作的推进,国网公司对新员工入职培训的关注度不断提高,亦始终致力于培训模块的完善和培训方法的改进,本文从新员工心理健康以及社交礼仪培训方面进行探讨,提出建议。

With the construction of San Ji Wu Da system, State Grid Corporation paid increasing attention to the induction training for new employees, and is committed to the improvement of training methods and training modules. The training on new employees~ psychological health and social etiquette is discussed in this paper. And the suggestions are made in this paper.
