摘要
本文以带有十二相整流系统的多相高速混合励磁发电机为研究对象,针对谐波电流在多相绕组中产生的磁势谐波进行了分析,并采用3D有限元法对转子涡流损耗进行了仿真研究。研究结果表明:与常规三相电机相比,采用十二相绕组使磁势谐波成分大幅减少,十二相电机的转子涡流损耗远低于三相电机,证明了多相绕组设计在降低转子损耗方面具有显著的优势。
By taking a multi-phase high speed hybrid excitation generator with a 12-phase rectifier system as the research object in this paper, the harmonic of magnetic motive force(MMF) for multiphase winding by the harmonic currents is analyzed and the rotor eddy losses is simulated using 3D FEM. The results show that harmonic components of MMF significantly reduced using 12-phase winding compared with the conventional 3-phase generator, and rotor eddy loss of 12-phase generator is much lower than the 3-phase generator, multi-phase winding design has proved a significant advantage in terms of reducing rotor loss.
