摘要
刚果(布)国家电网陈旧,而且系统负荷主要集中在离英布鲁电站300多公里的首都布拉柴维尔,刚果英布鲁电站轴流转桨机组的桨叶协联在孤网系统中严重影响了系统频率稳定性。通过优化PID调节参数,并改变桨叶的调节规律,使调速器既能保证联网运行平稳,又可以满足孤网运行要求。
Congo, Rep national power grid is antiquated, and the system load is mainly concentrated in the capital Brazzaville that is more than 300 kilometers away from Imboulou power station. The blade on cam of Kaplan turbine in Imboulou power station seriously impact on the system frequency stability in isolated system. By optimizing PID regulating parameters and changing the blade adjustment rule, the governor can not only guarantee the operation smooth in grid, but also meet the operation requirements of isolated grid.
