基于现场总线的煤矿井下电网漏电保护装置设计 被引量:2

摘要 煤矿井下电网尤其是低压电网漏电保护装置经常发生拒动误动,传统保护装置应用并不理想。分析了井下电力系统漏电模型及系统各支路零序电流的逻辑关系,采用最新微控制器Xmega系列单片机为控制核心,设计了基于Xmega控制并配有全彩液晶与人机交互界面的的井下智能低压电网漏电保护装置,提出软件及硬件设计方案,并充分考虑了系统外扩通讯需要,着重讨论了MODBUS协议下工业现场总线架构的应用。该漏电保护装置能够适应各种结构和规模的供电系统,具有很高的漏电故障选线判断能力和较强的通讯拓展性。 Leakage protection device of underground low-voltage power grid often refuse to act or malfunction,the traditional application is not ideal.Analysised leakage model of power system in mine and logic relationship of the zero-sequence current in each branch,used recent micro controller ATXmega MCU as the control core, designed low leakage protection device in mine with color LCD screen and human-computer interface based on ATXmega,proposed software and hardware design scheme,taked account of extended communication needs of the system,focused on application to industrial field bus architecture by MODBUS agreement.This leakage protection equipment can adapt to kinds of structure and size of power supply system,has high ability of leakage fault line selection and communication scalability.
