对2006～2012年上海纺织集团科技创新工作进行了回顾：具有自主知识产权的高新技术纤维研发和产业化取得重大进展；产业用纺织品取得长足发展；培育、整合和提升产业链，形成集团褴体优势和对产业升级的科技支撑；深化指导和考核，提升集团科技创新体系建设水平；加强中央研究院建设，努力构建现代纺织科技服务业。指出了当前集团科技创新工作中存在的薄弱环节和问题，并针对这些问题提出了具体的措施和方法。指出要贯彻科技创新大会精神，进一步深化集团科技创新体系建设。

The recall of the textile innovation of Shanghai Textile Holding Group in 2006 -2012 shows that the research of high-tech technical fibers with self-intellectual right achieved great progress with, industrial-use textiles greatly developed through training, reorganization and up-grading production chains and system of the innovation of science and technology built up to more high level as well as the central research institutes and modem textile science and technology services more strengthened. It shows the superiority of the Group and support from science and technology. Tile weak tings in the innovation are also pointed with counter meatures to solve them given. The innovation system construction must be further coustractured.
