摘要
介绍了一种PP玻纤复合毡废料回收再利用的方法。即先将废料粉碎,再将粉碎料均匀铺撒于两层新料之间,经过240℃、20 T、85 s的热压和-20℃、350 T、28 s的模具冷压,制得以粉碎料为夹心层的三明治复合片材衣帽架。研究了粉碎颗粒大小和粉碎料掺入比例对衣帽架成型性及其力学性能的影响。结果表明,粉碎颗粒直径大小为4 mm,掺入比例为45%时,衣帽架可达到使用要求,且废料回用率最高。
A method to reuse waste PP glass-fiber composite felt is introduced. Firstly, the waste glass-fiber composite felt was crushed, then the scraps were evenly spreaded on the two layers of the new composite felt. After hot processed under the conditions at 240℃, with 20T, lot 85s and mold colded under the conditions at - 20℃, with 350T, for 28s, a sandwich composite Mt coat rack using scraps as sandwich layer was made. The effect of scrap size and scrap content on the shaping and mechanical property of the coat rack was studied. The result shows that the shaping and mechanical property of the coat rack can meet the using requirements and the reuse rate is highest when the crushed size is 4mm and crush content is 45%.
