摘要
以漆脂、环氧氯丙烷、二乙醇铵、1,4-二溴丁烷为原料,合成了一种漆脂基季铵盐双子表面活性剂。采用红外光谱、核磁共振碳氢谱对其结构进行分析,并对产物的表面性能进行分析。结果表明:合成产物临界胶束浓度(CMC)为5×10-4mol/L,表面张力(δ)可达33.6 mN/m;当质量分数为0.1%时,分出5 mL水的时间为10 min;表面张力和乳化性能与传统的十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTAB)相当。
Lacquer wax - based quarternary ammonium gemini surfactant was synthesized by lacquer wax, epichlorohydrin, diethanol amine and 1,4 - dibromobutane. The structure of the surfaetant was con- firmed by IR, 1HNMR and 13CNMR, and the surface properties of the surfactant were investigated. The re- sults showed that the critical micelle concentration (CMC) of the surfactant was 5 × 10-4 mol/L and the surface tension(8) reached 33.6 mN/m. When the mass fraction of the surfactant was 0.1% ,5 mL of water was separated in 10 min. The surface tension and emulsification properties of the surfactant were comparable to the traditional cetyl trimethyl ammonium bromide(CTAB).
