摘要
艾滋病是人类免疫缺陷病毒(human immunodeficiency virus,HIV)入侵人体,造成CD+4T细胞数量减少,功能下降,以机体免疫功能下降或缺失为主要特征的获得性免疫功能缺陷综合征(acquired immunodeficiency syndrome,AIDS),具有很强的传染性和极高的死亡率。从中医学的角度来说,艾滋病患者的免疫功能与机体正气的强弱有密切的关系。深入探讨正气与艾滋病免疫相关性,对其防治有一定的积极意义。
AIDS, caused by HIV,is a highly contagious disease and has a high mortality. Its main feature is the decrease or lack of immune function of human beings. It also shows a decrease of both count and function of CD4＋ T cell. In the point of view of TCM ,vital Qi has a lot to do with the immune function of patients with AIDS. It has great significance to explore the correlation of vital Qi and AIDS immunology.
