定悸方对冠心病早搏的临床观察

Clinical Efficacy of Dingji Prescription in Treatment of Premature Coronary Heart Disease

目的:通过对照定悸方与稳心颗粒治疗冠心病早搏气阴两虚型患者的临床效果,评价定悸方治疗冠心病早搏疗效,并总结其组方方义。方法:按照纳入标准纳入60例患者,随机分为定悸方治疗组与稳心颗粒对照组,以SPSS13.0进行分析。结果:定悸方治疗冠心病早搏气阴两虚型具有确切疗效,且在撤减西药后,疗效优于稳心颗粒对照组。结论:肯定定悸方治疗冠心病早搏气阴两虚型的有效。

Objective ： To evaluate the clinical efficacy of Dingji Prescription or Wenxin Granules for the treatment of premature coronary heart disease patients with Qi and Yin deficiency, and summarize the treatment methods of Dingji Prescription through the analysis of its clinical effects. Methods ： This study included 60 patients according to inclusion criteria and randomly assigned them into Dingji Prescription treated group and Weuxin Granules control group. SPSS 13.0 was used for the analysis. Results：The treatment of Dingji Prescription had a curative effect for premature coronary heart disease. And the treatment was better than Wenxin Granules after reducing the dosage of Western medicine. Conclusion：The treatment of Dingji Prescription for the prema- ture coronary heart disease is promising.
