膀胱灌注化疗致化学性膀胱炎的中西医结合方法探究

Analysis of Integrative Medicine Treatment on Chemical Cystitis by Intravesical Instillation

目的:观察分析采用中西医结合治疗膀胱灌注化疗所致化学性膀胱炎的方法及临床疗效。方法:选取88例膀胱灌注致化学性膀胱炎患者为研究对象,随机分为两组,其中对照组42例患者给予常规西医抗感染、解经止痛及膀胱冲洗治疗,观察组46例在对照组治疗基础上给予中药自拟清利汤治疗,观察两组患者膀胱疼痛及刺激改善情况。结果:观察组患者6个月化疗完成率及治疗后患者IC症状评分及IC问题指数明显优于对照组,治疗后患者尿痛、尿频、夜尿、疼痛等问题的改善也较对照组优异。结论:采用中西医结合治疗膀胱灌注化疗致化学性膀胱炎疗效显著,能够较好的减轻疼痛及膀胱刺激症状,使化学治疗得以持续,对患者后续治疗意义重大。

Objective：To observe and analyze the use of integrative medicine in the treatment of＇ intravesical chemotherapy-in- duced chemical cystitis and its clinical efficacy. Methods ：88 cases were randomly divided into two groups. 42 patients in the con- trol group were treated with conventional Western medicine anti-infection and bladder irrigation solution and 46 cases in the obser- vation group added Chinese medicine decoction. The bladder pain and stimulate improvement were observed. Results：The patients＇ six months completion of chemotherapy and IC rate and symptom score and IC problem index were significantly better than those of the control group after treatment. The dysuria, urinary frequency, nocturia, pain and other problems were improved more than those of the control group. Conclusion：Integrative medicine for intravesical chemotherapy induced chemical cystitis has significant effect and can alleviate the pain and bladder irritation so that the chemical treatment can be sustained which is is significant for patients＇followed-up treatment.
