中西医联合治疗对脑梗塞后遗症患者脑循环动力学的影响研究

Study on Impact of Chinese and Western Medicines Therapy on Dynamics of Cerebral Blood Circulation in Patients with Cerebral Infarction Sequela

目的探讨中西医联合治疗脑梗塞后遗症的疗效。方法将老干科96例纳入研究的患者按照随机数字表法分成两组:对照组48例,通过科学饮食、康复训练及口服西药治疗;观察组48例,再给予中药煎服治疗。比较两组的血液流变性、血流动态、脑血管弹性及血管调节功能。结果观察组治疗后的血液黏稠度、纤维蛋白原含量均显著性低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后的脑血管外周阻力显著性小于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后的血流速度、椎动脉血流量、特性阻抗、动态阻抗均显著性大于对照组(P<0.05)。结论临床应用中药汤辅助治疗脑梗塞后遗症能够有效改善脑血液循环,提高治疗效果。

Objective：To investigate the effect of Chinese and western medicine therapy on cerebral infarction sequela. Meth- ods：The 96 cases of cerebral infarction sequela patients were randomly divided into two groups, control group （n = 48 ）and obser- vation group（ n = 48 ）. The control group was given scientific diet, rehabilitation therapy and oral Western medicine and the obser- vation group was also given medicine decoction. The rheology, flow dynamics, cerebral vascular elasticity and vascular regulation function in 2 groups were observed and compared. Results ： After treatment, the blood viscosity and fibrinogen levels in the observa- tion group were significantly lower than those of the control group （P 〈 0. 05 ）. The level of cerebral vascular peripheral resistance in the observation group was significantly less than that of the control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. The levels of blood flow velocity, vertebral artery blood flow, characteristic impedance and dynamic impedance were significantly higher than those of the control group （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion： Chinese medicine therapy for assisting treatment of cerebral infarction sequela can improve cerebral blood cir- culation and improve the therapeutic effect.
