中西医结合治疗急性重症胰腺炎的临床护理分析

Nursing Analysis for Patients with Acute Severe Pancreatitis Treated by Integrative Medicine

目的:总结对急性重症胰腺炎开展中西医结合治疗及护理的方法。方法:选择本院收治的仅行常规西医治疗及护理的39例急性重症胰腺炎病例作为对照组,以行中西医结合治疗及护理的48例作为观察组,分析两组护理方式并对治疗转归及预后进行比较。结果:中西医结合治疗及护理观察组患者各症状缓解或消失时间分别为(4.03±0.94)d、(3.21±0.88)d及(8.10±2.92)d,均显著优于对照组,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。中西医结合治疗及护理观察组患者住院时间显著缩短、并发症发生率明显降低,死亡率也明显降低,差异均有显著性(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:采用中西医结合方法治疗急性重症胰腺炎可增加抢救成功率,患者预后更佳。

Objective ： To summarize the therapy and nursing methods in treatment of severe acute pancreatitis with integrative medicine. Methods：39 cases of acute severe pancreatitis cases with only conventional western medicine therapy were as control group, and 48 patients treated by integrative medicine and nursing were as observation group. The treatment outcome and prognosis of the two groups were compared. Results ：The symptoms for integrative medicine therapy and nursing observation group eased or disappeared within （4.03 -＋ 0.94） d, （3.21 _＋ 0, 88） d and （0.88 _＋ 2.92） d,which were significantly better than those in con- trol group （P 〈 0.05 ）. Integrative medicine therapy and nursing observation group obviously had shorter hospitalization time,less complications and mortality, which were also significantly reduced （P 〈 0.01 or P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion ： Using the method of inte- grative medicine in treatment of acute severe pancreatitis can increase the success rate of rescue and patients＇prognosis is better.
