中西医结合法管理妊娠性哮喘临床观察

Therapeutic Effect of Integrated Chinese and Western Medicine Therapy for Asthma in Pregnant Women

目的:观察中西医结合法管理妊娠性哮喘的临床疗效。方法:将妊娠性哮喘患者93例,随机分为2组。对照组31例给予常规西医治疗,观察组62例在对照组的基础上根据哮喘的寒热属性,寒哮患者选择宣肺散寒、祛痰平喘的小青龙合剂;热哮患者选择清泻肺热、涤痰平喘的蠲哮片和定喘汤。观察2组临床疗效。结果:治疗总有效率观察组为93%,对照组为81%,2组比较,观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者咳嗽、喘憋、哮鸣音、湿啰音消失时间均早于对照组,差异均有显著性意义(P<0.05)。对患者随访6月,复发率观察组32%,对照组54%,2组比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合法在妊娠性哮喘的管理中能显著提高临床疗效,减轻患者症状,降低复发率,值得推广使用。

Objective. To investigate the therapeutic effect of integrated Chinese and western medicine therapy in the treatment of asthma in pregnant women. Methods. Ninety-three pregnant women with asthma were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The control group with 31 cases was given conventional western medicine treatment alone. The observation group with 62 cases was given differentiated Chinese medicine based on the treatment for the control group. In the observation group, patients with cold-type asthma were treated with Xiqinglong mixture for dispersing lung and expelling cold to eliminate phlegm and relieve asthma, while those with hot-type asthma were treated with Juanxi＇s tablets and Dingchuan decoction for clearing lung to eliminate phlegm and relieve asthma. The therapeutic effect was observed in both groups. Results： The effective rate was 93% in the observation group, and was 81% in the control group, the difference being significant（P〈 0.05）. The disappearing time of cough, wheezes, wheezing rales and moist rales in the observation group was much shorter than that in the control group（P 〈 0.05）. The results of six-month follow-up showed that the recurrence rate was 32% in the observation group and was 54% in the control group, the difference being significant （P 〈0.05）. Conclusion： Integrated Chinese and western medicine shows certain effect in the treatment of asthma in pregnant women through alleviating symptoms and reducing recurrence rate.
