摘要
樊学油区油杆断脱现象严重,修井作业频次过高,结合当前实际情况,在找到油杆断脱的直接原因外,同时注意到一些造成断脱现象的间接原因。通过对146口油井断杆原因的分析,找到了断脱现象出现不仅是因为偏磨所造成的,复杂的井筒环境也是引起断杆的间接原因。针对这些原因,采取了相应的技术对策,主要有优化杆柱结构、合理调节生产参数、防蜡防垢技术及防腐防砂等措施,这些针对性措施的实施,降低了断杆修井作业频次,节约了修井作业费用,延长了油井免修期。
The rod string breaking-off in Fanxue Oilfield is serious, and the workover operation is too frequent. Through the analysis of breaking-off rod string of 146 oil wells, it is held that, the eccentric wear of rod string is the direct cause, and the complex well- bore environment is the indirect causes. Therefore, appropriate technical countermeasures are taken regarding to these causes, that is, optimizing the structure of the rod string, properly regulating production parameters, and adopting the paraffin prevention and scale prevention techniques as well as corrosion prevention and sand prevention, etc. The implementation of these targeted measures re- duces the workover operation frequency due to broken rods, significantly saves the costs of workover operation, and prolongs the workover exemption period of oil wells.
