Rumen nylon bag technique become a conventional method for the determination of rumen degradability because of its simplicity and celerity, although there are also many limiting factors.In this paper, the characteristics and in- fluencing factors of nylon bag technique in determining the rate of degradation in the rumen of ruminants were reviewed.
