摘要 茶多酚是茶叶中多酚类物质的总称,具有抗肿瘤、抗氧化、降血糖、除异味、增强免疫力、保鲜等生物学功能。本文综述了茶多酚的生物学功能及在猪生产中的应用研究进展。 Tea polyphenols is an umbrella term for polyphenols in tea, has the function of anti-tumor, anti-oxidation, hypoglycemic, clearing away offensive smell, strengthen- immunity ,fresh-keeping and so on.This article mainly reviewed the biological functions of tea polyphenols and its application in pig production.
