罗通定口腔崩解片的溶出度研究

目的:对罗通定口腔崩解片溶出度测定方法进行研究。方法:采用紫外-可见分光光度法对罗通定口腔崩解片溶出度方法进行选择、溶出曲线研究、线性及范围、回收率试验、溶液稳定性考察,并进行三批样品溶出度测定。结果:该方法简便、准确、可靠、溶出液稳定。结论:该分析方法适合于本品的溶出度测定。

Objective To rotundine orally disintegrating tablets dissolution test method research.Methods UV-visible spectrophotome-try rotundine orally disintegrating tablet dissolution method to choose,research dissolution curves,linear and scope of the recovery test,sta-bility of the solution,and the dissolution of three batches of samples were measured.Results The method is simple,accurate,reliable,sta-ble dissolution fluid.Conclusion The analysis method is suitable for the determination in the dissolution of the goods.
