全程护理在112例ICU危重症患者转运过程中的应用

Application of the throughout care philosophy into transferring critically ill patients of ICU

目的:探讨ICU危重症患者院内外转运的全程护理管理办法。方法:回顾性分析112例ICU危重症患者院内外转运的全程护理临床资料。结果:112例转运患者的转运所需时间为15min^2h。4例患者在转运过程中出现了意外事件,经妥善处理均未发生严重后果。其余患者均安全转运至相应科室或上级医院。结论:落实ICU危重症患者院内外转运的全程护理安全管理,优化转运流程,可进一步保障患者转运安全,降低医患纠纷,临床应用值得推广。

Objective To explore the throughout care management of transferring ICU critically ill patients.Methods A retrospec-tive analysis was used with 1 12 ICU critically ill patients’inside and outside of hospital transferring from February 2012 to February 2013.Results The period of transferring 112 ICU patients are different from 15 minutes to 2 hours.Most transferring processes are safe and appropriate without four accident cases.With active response,there are no serious adverse events occur.Conclusion The imple-mentation of the throughout care philosophy during the transferring of ICU critically ill patients can further protect patients safety.
