Design and Implementation of Rural Land Contract Management Information System

根据农村承包地管理的现状和信息化管理的需求,基于NET平台和ArcGIS Engine利用VB语言、SQL server2005,采用集成二次开发模式,设计并开发了农村土地承包管理信息系统,实现了承包地信息登记、承包地数据的查询统计、业务报表输出、承包地四至平面图查看、以及承包地数据的更新等多功能,达到了土地的相关文档资料和图形信息有效利用和科学的管理。

According to the needs of land management status and information management, used inte- grated development mode, the rural land contract management information system based on. NET platform and ArcGIS Engine using VB language, SQL server2005, was designed. It achieved the con- tracted land registration information, statistical data query contracted business report output, contract- ed four plan view,update data and other contracted muhifunction, and it also achieved the relevant documentation and information on the efficient use of land graphics and scientific management.
