摘要
应用模拟软件ASPEN PLUS对醋酸甲酯-甲醇萃取精馏进行模拟计算。采用NRTL热力学模型以及RADFRAC模型模拟计算了理论板数、进料位置、溶剂比、萃取剂温度、回流比等对萃取精馏过程的影响,寻找最佳操作参数。
In this paper,the simulation software ASPEN PLUS is used for the simulation calculation of methyl acetate- methanol extraction distillation process. Using NRTL thermodynamic model and RADFRAC rigorous method calculates the number of theoretical plates,the impact of feed location,solvent ratio,extraction solvent temperature,reflux ratio of extraction distillation process so as to find the optimum operating parameters.
