针对国家知识产权局提出的提升专利申请质量的要求,分析高等院校专利申请的现状,包括国内有效专利、发明专利授权、国外发明专利及引文等方面的情况,还包括影响高校专利申请质量的原因,针对性地提出提高高校专利申请质量的建议。

This article examines and analyzes the current situation of patents applied and owned by Chinese universities in order to comply with requirements of enhancing the quality of patent applications made by the State Intellectual Property Office of PRC. Data gathered and researched include the number of valid domestic patents, patents granted, foreign patent applications and patent citations, etc. The article identifies key factors that impact the quality of patent applications of Chinese universities and provides realistic suggestions accordingly.
