摘要
运用文献法与调查法,分析了珠三角绿道的规划建设、管理及运营体制现状;将绿道体育组织分为政府体育组织(公共机构)、企业体育组织(营利机构)、非营利体育组织(体育协会、草根体育组织等)三类,并阐述各类绿道体育组织的管理原理;分析绿道体育组织管理制度建设面临的绿道体育组织管理规章缺失、绿道体育过度市场化、绿道非营利体育组织管理薄弱等困境,提出:突出管理制度制定本土化、激励政策与评估机制建设两手抓以及运作法规保障等三点建议。
Using the method of documentary and investigation, this paper analyzed the planning and construction, management and operation system of the Pearl River Delta greenway; greenway sports organization is divided into government sports organization (Institutions) , enterprise sports organization (NPO) , non-profit sports organizations (sports associations, grassroots sports organizations ) three, and expounded the management principle of all types of greenway sports organization; deletion, analyzed greenway sports organization and management system construction of the greenway sports organization and management regulations of the greenway, greenway sports excessive mercerization of non-profit sports organization and management is weak dilemma, put forward: outstanding management system develop localization, incentives and evaluation mechanism construction with both hands and operation regulations to protect.
