赫哲族传统体育保存现状及发展研究

Research on Situation and Development of the Traditional Sports of Hezhe Nationality

赫哲族传统体育在渔猎生产活动和战争中孕育,并逐渐形成具有浓郁民族特色的传统体育活动形式,但由于历史原因和现代体育的冲击,赫哲族传统体育生存状态面临严峻困境,现保存有叉草球、杜烈其、鹿毛球、挡木轮等项目,应通过加强赫哲族传统体育文化交流、设立"赫哲族传统体育基金"、在学校体育教学中融入赫哲族体育文化等途径发展赫哲族传统体育文化。

The traditional sports of Hezhe nationality Bred in the hunting and fishing activity and the war, gradually had traditional sports form with rich national characteristic, however, as a result of historical reason and Modem sports ,its survival face lots of difficulties. At present there are inserting grass ball, fortress contention match and so on. We should strengthen traditional sports culture exchanges, set up the traditional sports fund, and integrate into sports culture of Hezhe Nationality in PE Teaching, to promote traditional sports culture of Hezhe Nationality.
