校园智能长跑自助管理系统应用于高校阳光长跑的实证研究——以南京晓庄学院实施情况为例

南京晓庄学院于2012年引进20台"校园阳光长跑智能自主管理系统"终端机,首次利用高科技的手段实现了学生长跑活动的智能化与自主化管理。利用"指纹打卡"的方式来引导和监督学生养成锻炼身体的习惯,实践证明,这有助于促进学校体育工作的蓬勃开展,克服学生锻炼时间少,体质下降等种种弊端,对增强体质,培养学生的意志品质和终身体育锻炼意识都有十分明显的作用,尤其是培养了学生良好的生活作息习惯,值得推广。系统的应用使管理更加方便简捷,为高校体育管理改革探索新的思路。

Our school in 2012 introduced 20 sets of ＂Campus sun marathon intelligent self-management system,＂ the terminal, the first use of high-tech means to achieve the intelligence activities of the students morning nm and independent management. Using the ＂fingerprint clock＂ approach to guide and supervise students to develop exercise habits, proved that it helps to promote the work of our school sports flourished, overcoming student exercise time less physical deterioration and other drawbacks, enhance physical fitness, students will sense the quality and lifelong physical activity has a very significant role, especially in training the students good living habits, worthy of promotion. The application of the system management more convenient and simple for college sports management reform explores new ideas.
