摘要
本文采用麦秸粉为增强体,分别与高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)、聚丙烯(PP)热塑性塑料基体采用挤出方式混合制备木塑复合材料,研究麦秸粉与HDPE、PP的配比对复合材料性能的影响。利用高速混合机在一定条件下对麦秸粉、热塑性塑料和其他助剂进行混合,利用双螺杆挤出机熔融造粒,单螺杆挤出机挤出成型,对制备的麦秸粉/塑料复合材料进行物理力学性能测试。结果表明:加入少量麦秸粉使木塑复合材料力学性能降低,随着麦秸粉含量的增加,复合材料的力学性能呈提高的趋势;当麦秸粉含量超过一定比例时,木塑复合材料力学性能降低,且冲击性能降低明显;本次试验HDPE基木塑复合材料力学强度略高于PP基木塑复合材料。
The paper is mixing the raw materials of wheat straw as enhanceosome and high-density polyethylene/pohyprpylene (HDPE/PP) of thermoplastic to produced wood-plastic com-posite by adopting extrusion way and researching effect about the content of HDPE and PP on the properties of composite. Under a certain conditions,the high-speed mixer mixed the com-pound of wheat straw powder and thermoplastics and other auxiliaries,and then the compound were melting prilling by twin-screw extruder followed and molding by the single screw extrud-er. The mechanical properties of composite of wheat straw and thermoplastic were measured . The results indicated that adding a small amount of wheat straw powder caused the reduction of mechanical properties of wood plastic composite,the mechanical properties of wood plastic composite increased with increasing wheat straw powder content,mechanical properties de-creased when the content of wheat straw was more than a certain percentage,especially,the impact property decreased obviously;the test indicated that the mechanical properties of HDPE were higher than PP.
