Experience and Enlightenment of Vietnam's Reform and Opening-up

20世纪80年代东欧国家的改革、社会主义中国的改革以及越南国内持续的经济危机,促使越共深刻反思自身的社会主义建设。越共六大拉开了越南革新开放的历史序幕,革新开放由经济领域开始,遍及政治、文化、社会和执政党建设等各个领域,在革新开放中积累了实事求是、各方面良性互动和革新重点突破的重要经验。这些经验对于全面深化改革的中国特色社会主义的长足发展大有裨益。

In the 1980s,the reform of the countries in Eastern Europe and the People＇s Republic of China as well as the con tinuing economic crisis in Vietnam prompted the Viet Cong＇s profound reflection on its socialist construction. The 6th party congress of Vietnamese Communist Party opened the prelude to the history of Vietnam＇s reform and opening up, first in the ar- ea of economy, and then politics, culture, all the other areas of society and even the party construction. In the reform and o pening up, the Vietnamese Communist Party sought the truth from facts and accumulated important experience in the benign interaction and innovation. The experience is of great benefit to comprehensive reform of socialism with Chinese characteris- tics.
