Problems and Countermeasures of the Grassroots Level Party Building Work in Petroleum Enterprises

石油企业基层党组织在推动企业发展中发挥了重要作用,但也存在着一定的问题和不足。要进一步加强和改进基层党组织在推动企业科学发展、创新发展、和谐发展中的作用,必须健全党内激励、关怀机制,关注党员实际需求,有效激发党员内动力;丰富形式、创新载体,为党员畅通言路和发挥先锋作用开辟空间、提供舞台;有效提升党支部书记的工作方式方法;进一步强化党员队伍建设,努力提高发展党员的质量。

While the grassroots Party organizations of the petroteum enterprises have played important roles in promoting the development of the enterprises, there are some problems and defects. In order to strengthen and improve the grassroots Party organizations＇ function in promoting the scientific, innovative and harmonious development of the enterprises, the follow- ing methods should be employed：integrating the incentive and caring mechanism of the Party and focusing on the actual needs of the Party members so that the Party members are effectively motivated, enriching forms and creating new media so that the Party members are able to express their thoughts and act as pioneers, mproving the Party branch secretary＇s working method, developing the Party building and improving the quality of the Party members.
