摘要
新员工队伍不断发展壮大,已成长为促进石油企业持续发展的重要力量。对于新员工,石油企业各单位和部门必须强化培训、加强引导、搭建平台、鼓励成才,同时严格队伍管理,不断提升素质,使新员工为石油企业实现愿景目标做出更大的贡献。
Along with the launching of employment assistance work and the establishment of long--term employment mechanism, the number of new employee is becoming much larger. They are becoming an important strength for the oilfield's sustainable development. For these new employees, Shengli Oilfield and it's sections must strengthen the work of training and guidance, set up platforms for the new employee and encourage them to grow quickly. In the mean time, we should reinforce the management and promote the employee's quality. We believe that the new employee certainly will contribute to the realiza- tion of the great vision of Shengli Oilfield as "One hundred years innovation and victory" and the objective of Sinopec as "To build a first class international energy and chemical industry".
