摘要
随着油田企业改革的逐渐深入,塔河油田思想政治工作的内容、对象、载体等都面临着新的变化,思想政治工作者的角色也由管理者向服务者转变。针对这些转变,塔河油田参照相似企业思想政治工作的成熟经验,对思想政治工作过程管理中的八个"W"(开展思想政治工作过程管理中的八个环节)进行了探索。准确理解和掌控这八个环节,将对思想政治工作起到事半功倍的效果。
With the progressively deepen of Tahe Oilfield' s enterprise reform, the object and carrier of Tahe Oilfield' s IPW (ideological and political work) both are facing qualitative changes, also the connotation of IPW. The role of ideological and political workers changes from manage to service; The method of ideological and political work turns to be personalized and differentiation from invariable ; The means of ideological and political work has transformed from the single type of experience to the complex type and professional use of social scientific achievements and scientific technological means. Aimed at these three changes, and based on the study of Ideological and political work in Tahe oilfield, this paper does a preliminary explora- tion on the eight "W" s of ideological and political work in the management process. The purpose is to enrich and develop the theory of Ideological and political work in Tahe oilfield, and focuses on the method of Ideological and political work in process management. This paper refers to the mature experience of Ideological and political work in Enterprise. Opinions, methods and ideas of Ideological and political workers in the base line are considered.
