发展性评价视域下的高职院校教师考核评价机制

An Exam and Evaluation System of Teachers in Vocational Colleges in the View of Development Evaluation

发展性评价是以促进教师专业发展为根本目的的一种评价方式。文章在分析高职院校教师考核评价机制存在问题的基础上,提出了发展性视域下完善高职院校教师考核评价机制的策略。

Developmental evaluation is an appraisal way on purpose of promoting professional development of teachers. This article focuses on analyzing the problems lying in current evaluation systems in higher voca-tional colleges. This approach is applied to improve the teacher evaluation in higher vocational colleges by means of innovation management reconstructing evaluation, and improving the evaluation means and methods.
