开放大学的特征及其建设

The Feature and Development of Open University

开放大学的建设在我国尚处起步阶段,理论上缺乏有力的支撑,实践上没有现成的模板。文章针对当前开放大学建设中对系统优势重视不够、平台建设特色不足、培养模式开放不力的现状,提出以"开放"为核心,融合现代教育技术,理顺办学体系,完善支持服务,打造人才培养特色的新见解。

The development of Open University in China is still in its infancy and lacks powerful theoretical support and practical template. According to the insufficiency of emphasis on the advantages in the system, the deficiency of features in platform construction, the ineffectiveness of cultivating model, this paper puts for-ward a new insight that bases on“Open”as the core, absorbs the modern educational technology, teases out the school system, perfects the support service and distinguishes the personal training.
